1802 - Trenton Housing Authority Exterior Improvements

At 10:00am on March 15, 2018, a pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held at the Trenton office located at 128 Burnett Dr, Trenton, TN 38382. Attendance to the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, however it is strongly recommended that all bidders and/or representatives attend the Pre-Bid Conference.

Written sealed responses to this invitation must be submitted to the Trenton Housing Authority office at the above address no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 29, 2018. Bids may be received electronically, by logging into www.smtplanroom.com. It is free to register for an account, simply click on the “register for an account” link on the left hand side and follow the instructions. If you already have an account, simply log in, and a “Submit Bid” tab will appear on the job page. Click on the tab, and enter your contractor’s license number where it asks for “Certificate of Rep”. Check your information, and then upload all required bid forms and information. You will receive a confirmation email once the information is submitted. All bids electronically submitted are stored in a digital time vault, and are not accessible by any party until the close of bidding. No bidder, owner, representative, or third party will have access to your confidential bid information at any point during the bidding phase. Only after the bid date has closed, will the owner and it’s representative have access to your submitted documents. If you need to resubmit a bid, or change a bid, simply re-upload your revised documents.
