Pre-Bid Information
A pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held at the Brownsville office located at 254 Anderson Ave, Brownsville, TN 38012 at 10:00am on August 12, 2021. Attendance to the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, however it is strongly recommended that all bidders and/or representatives attend the Pre-Bid Conference.
A full project manual/Bid Documents must be purchased by Prime Bidder for bid to be considered. Bid Documents will include listing for all required Bid Documents, bid considerations and Project Specifications.
A digital copy will be included with a hard copy purchase.

Bids are due to the Brownsville Housing Authority, located at 254 Anderson Ave, Brownsville, TN 38012 no later than 2:00 p.m. on August 26, 2021.

Complete HVAC Replacement in 38 dwelling units located within four (4) of its developments.
